The Meza Malonga Experience is a unique full-day culinary journey. Beginning with a boat tour on a traditional fishing vessel, guests learn about the Twin Lakes region and ecosystem. Upon arrival at the campus, you are greeted with a welcome drink and your first taste. We then invite you into our home for a tour with unique sights, aromas, flavors, feelings, and sounds, heightening your senses and preparing you for an exquisite tasting menu.

Each of the four tables in our intimate dining room have stunning views of Rwanda’s five volcanoes. During your meal you will engage with our chefs, learning about the inspiration for each dish, while observing our culinary students cooking, plating, and serving. This 8-course journey, with optional wine pairing, traverses the African continent to uncover its rich food heritage.

After your meal, make yourself at home, taking in the sunset views from our balcony lounge while enjoying a coffee or digestif.
